Milestone or Mini Session Booking

If you have been in touch with me to select a date, you are now ready to fill in this booking form. If you haven't done that yet, please contact me.

I would love to make this photoshoot experience fun and easy for everyone, and I have a few questions in this form to help me do that.

Cake Smash Photoshoot - 30 min - for $250 - all digital photos included (please note you will have to bring a cake yourself due to food safety reasons)

Mermaid Mini Session in January - 15-30 min - for $150 - all digital photos included

What are the names of everyone who will be in the photoshoot? What ages are the children?

Is there anything I need to know - a medical condition or anything else that may affect how I approach the shoot? Is anyone initially shy or immediately ready to go? Does anyone lose concentration quickly?

Can you tell me a few of the kids’ favourite songs/animals/movies/other talking points to help me connect with them? And what have you found makes them laugh the hardest?

What is the most important photo that you would like me to capture from this session? Here are a few examples of what people have asked in the past: "a horizontal photo of all the kids together", "a candid photo of the child playing around", "a closeup of each child smiling at the camera", "no preference" or "my kids are hard to photograph, so I will be happy with anything you get out of them"

May I share some of the photos on the Liz K Photography website, Facebook and Instagram pages?
